The villa has approximately 2500 sq. feet of luxury living with 3 lavishly furnished bedrooms.  It has a large gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and solid wood cabinets.  The floors are made from wood planks more than a century old.  Overhead are lofty ceilings and graceful archways.  In the living room overstuffed, down-filled couches and chairs uphold the design standards of Seven Canyons.  There is a media center with stereo, wide screen television, satellite TV, and a DVD player.  The villa is equipped with high-speed Internet access and the convenience of wireless connectivity.  Each bathroom is provisioned with deep pile, soft Turkish towels and a complete assortment of soaps, oils, and other bath amenities.  The master bath has a steam shower, an outdoor garden shower, and a flat-screen television.  Outside is a large patio with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and spa.  More details on the community are available at www.sevencanyons.com.

The villa is non-smoking and houses a maximum of 8 people.  An additional $500 cleaning fee will be payable to the generous donor upon departure.  You will be asked to submit 3 sets of dates for 2021 in their preferred order.  Confirmation of dates will be given in late November-early December, 2020.
