About Us

Open Arms Free Clinic, Inc. (OAFC) is an integrated health care center located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin and serves Walworth County residents who do not have health insurance nor the ability to pay for basic health care. The mission is to better understand and serve with compassion the health and wellness needs of low-income, uninsured people of Walworth County. Opened in 2012, the nonprofit business model is sustained with volunteerism, philanthropy, and partnerships and has over 1,000 patient visits a month. Qualified patients consist of all ages and backgrounds; and the free services include primary and specialty medical care, dental, behavioral health, lab, and pharmacy. The clinic is composed of paid and volunteer staff with a focus on workforce development for a future of compassionate health care.
